We offer a range of related products for comfortable work with laminated glass: thermal tape, Teflon mesh, silicone bags, thermal knives.
Decorative materials
For the production of decorative safety triplex you can use colored films EVA and their combinations, as well as use special decorative inserts, PET c photoprinting, electrochromic material.
Decorative materials differ in structure and size. Basically heat-resistant materials not affected by the temperature are used
Colors: White, black, white and gold, white and silver.
Width: 1350 mm, 1370 mm.
Width of rolls: 2100 mm.
Teflon mesh
The thermowell is used to protect the bag from cuts and to allow the air to escape during vacuuming.
The width of the thermowell: 3200 mm.
Mesh size: 4 x 4 mm.
Silicone bag
Used for the production of laminated glass. It participates in the vacuuming process by pressing the glass and film together.
It consists of 2 silicone plates, which are connected to each other by special locks. There are 2 silicone hoses soldered into the plates for connection to the vacuum pump.
Dimensions of the bag: 1500 mm x 2000 mm;
Thickness: 3 mm.
Thermal knife
The thermal knife is used to remove cured EVA polymer from the edges and holes of laminated glass after lamination. The knife comes with special blades, which are heated up to 500 0C and cut the cured polymer, which reduces the time of cleaning the edge of laminated glass.
Thermal Blades
Special blades used in thermal blades. They are heated to 500 °C and cut the cured polymer, which reduces the time for cleaning the edge of laminated glass.
Blade temperature: 500 °C.
Scotch
Thermal tape is used to seal the edge of the laminated laminate during the lamination process and to fix the workpieces. The porous structure of thermal scotch is excellent air permeable, but keeps hot polymer from leaking.
Scotch tape width: 25 mm, 35 mm, 50 mm, 100 mm.
Winding rolls: 66 linear meters.
Operating temperature: 200 °C.
